Excellent company culture, Not overly formal, scandinavian-type, even on high executive level. Fantastic, complicated products, a lot to learn. Big international projects. Enormous career developer t opportunities.
Cons
Frequent transformatora which don't add value. Artificial improvement programs. This will not affect you much on the long run, but tends to be annoying. International politics and prejudice on the egineering level
