Pros
Not too busy with the job. Work athmosphere is relaxed and friendly. Quite much freedom how to complete tasks.
Cons
Work was many times meaningless. Why to put effort if results were wasted. Management didn't understand what they want to create. Managers spent lot of money for their own good, for example business trips without any agenda. Managers didn't have any competence.
