Over all the other security companies there aren't many good things, this company does not stand out specially in any way from any other company. Good uniforms...

Terrible management that makes questionable decisions. Give out holiday gifts such as a bag full of snacks instead of bonuses. Refusing to address issues and requests in an orderly professional and timely manner. This company does not care about you at all only it's profits. They creat a very selfish work environment where it's everyone for themselves with management and employees constantly trying to back stab each other and loyalty is not rewarded. This security company switched out or old company (modiin ezrachi) and promised to sign a contract with the customer that raised our pay to 60 and hour instead of 45 etc. They then told us that they raised the salary in order to expect more from us not because of inflation and a paycheck that hadn't risen in over 5 years.... they then got rid of our overtime hours and snuck into the contract that we had to work 6 days a week minimum instead of 5. We ended up pulling 6 long shifts day afternoon and night along with back to back shifts with just 8 hours in between ever week. The job was fantastic however I do not recommend working for this security company.
