General Pros - Better than average PTO & benefits - Lots of investment in cutting edge technology - Senior management has a well-defined long term strategy Pros for working at HQ - Great managers - Noblis HQ facility is excellent Pros for working offsite - None.
Cons
General cons - None Cons for working at HQ - Office is moving from Falls Church to Reston. While it'll save the company a ton of money, it's causing a lot of pain, heartache, and grievance for a lot of employee and has resulted in a relatively large number of good & talented employees leaving the company. - Management removed a lot of snacks (jelly beans, V8, Naked juice, etc) Cons for working at the client site - Unless you're working at GSA, the client site is absolutely miserable. Unfortunately, managers do little to alleviate client site conditions and expect you to be there 100% of the time to show face & bill hours.
