      Pros

      Overall, you feel like the company cares about you. Great managers (for the most part) and great colleagues. There are frequently company sponsored events that are fun to go to.

      Cons

      Benefits are lacking. It takes a long time for promotions to be approved and you don't receive back pay to when the promotion was put in for.

      Pros

      Everything. Management and co-workers were extraordinary. Work was rewarding. Had many opportunities to learn and lead our customer in technical directions.

      Cons

      As a subcontractor, there was a few weeks delay in getting paid, but that was resolved over time.
