      Pros

      Some really intelligent people. Good remote desktop application at it's core.

      Cons

      Mostly toxic management. Founder is also pretty toxic. Company is basically stuck in 20th century in terms of tech stack, to give an example git was introduced in 2018.

      - Good work environment. A lot of possibilities to improve skills. Software has great potential on market. - In some way competitive salaries

      - Luck of good work organization - Not using simple tools like jira for project management - changing milestone often
