      There are none. All the best people left.

      Cons

      Huge staff turnover, poor communication from leadership and poor management from top down. Untrustworthy and secretive. Willing to let employees waste time on projects they have no intention of utilising.

      Pros

      The company gave me the chance to cross - train from another ERP software into NetSuite and to get into new business processes.

      Cons

      Whilst in a consulting company it is natural that assignments depend on the projects coming in, the employee needs to be told what they should focus their learning on and knowledge transfer about company -specific tools needs to be facilitated.

      Sometimes the marketing to assist with sales isn't what it could be, tends to be more brand awareness than helping to deliver pipeline and MQL's
