Pros
I absolutely adore everyone who works at No Desk Project. We have a lot of amazing humans working here -- people who are willing to work extensively with you to answer any questions, train you, and to generally support, encourage, and motivate you. It's all about communication and lifting each other up here at No Desk Project. And also the perk of not having a commute and being able to work from any far off destination that you choose is a great benefit :)
Cons
Although we are changing the face of the workforce to be ideally remote and have a globally distributed team, it does come with some communication challenges when you aren't able to work face to face everyday.
