5yThanks for your feedback. I am actually quite surprised that management came across as rude. I always thought we have had an open culture and friendly environment. Not sure how you computed the average tenure of employees. Many people just completed 5 years. I will accept that one of our key clients went through a change of hands. They were acquired by a larger corporation with a big engineering centre in India and wanted to insource the work. But by no means was it our inability to do something. In fact, we recorded higher growth during the pandemic.. things don’t happen overnight and in general the IT industry had to adjust to lower client budget spends, etc. Obviously, we have let you down and that is never our intent.
