1. Very Greedy management.
2. Salaries are not up to the mark.
3. They eats up employees salary by keeping it reserved for months, its like that they run their houses on the share from employees salaries .
4. Since they declared to share profit among the employees as incentive, from that year the company never made any profit (as its been told at annual review every year that we could not hit the target at last quarter...very strange!) ....so employees never got incentive share but company could purchase their own office building.
5. Company never hit the targeted profit ( as the target is unrealistic that you can not double up revenue every year) but still they can buy latest gazettes/vehicles to show for office use.
6. More important that employees will not get any chance to enhance their career areas and the same will be used against them during yearly review.
7. They modifies Salary Structure unreasonably different for every employee so employees are forced to save less on taxes.
8. And Major con is they can ask you to go home at any time without any compensation as they always fail to retain clients and projects.
