      1. No HR is there . 2. No proper management 3 . Fells like begger for salary increment or even worst take months . 4. Thinking of management is like we living in 80s

      Pros

      Nivo controls is the first Indian level and flow manufacturer company in India.Ant it gave me career exposure towards the working in an industry and given me opportunity to attain may jobs in Indian Naval ships,and while working i got a great knowledge about the electrical system and construction of Indian navy ships.

      I believe there is some lack of new technology.

      all employees are 80's such a low thinking people are there, no one listen your problem and make delay for your problem
