Pros

casual clothings are allowed for work

Cons

Overtime wage not paid. 3 or 4 staff only have to input reservations for 16 accommodations, and new condos are ongoing increasing with more than 600 hundred rooms guest details and payments have to key-in into multi systems. On top of that, guest services transport and rental have to key-in another system.

Pros

Hotel teams and on-site managers are kind and supportive

Cons

HR communication is basically chaos Arrival process is messy: you can literally show up not knowing where you’re sleeping, then get thrown into a shuttle and dropped somewhere random. Accommodation is super uneven but you still pay the same: some people get a cramped room, mattress on the floor, loads of roommates, barely any space, others get private bathroom, nice room, even proper lodge-style setup, same price though. Location is also random: some accom are walking distance from work, others need a 30 min shuttle every day. Deposit situation feels shady, always opportunity to take your money, 1st say one thing, then later suddenly they need to take more money after you already left. Overall vibe: outside looks super professional and luxury, but inside it’s pretty disorganized and inconsistent.
