Lots of learning in very small amount of time. Exposure to latest technologies and great support from team. CTO and VP are very knowledgeable and supportive in every step.
Cons
1. Work life balance will be at toss sometimes. 2. Support on weekends is needed. 3. Job security won’t be there. 4. Little closure on what’s happening in company apart from normal development activities. 5. And Silent layoffs
