      - Small, intimate workplace, relaxing environment - Help is readily available - Flexible work hours and assignment - Close to major public transportation Small company with a handful of employees, lots of freedom and self study encouraged as well as assistance being readily available.

      Pros

      Lots of projects to learn from. Wordpress and PHP learning opportunities. 5 days a week work.

      Cons

      The company is based in Sydney with all developers employed in Kathmandu, Nepal. Their pay is really low, considering the profits they make by selling the projects in Australia. The employees are constantly under pressure. The management talks about a lot of personal growth and development, but are only focused in completing projects and providing employees as lesser opportunities as possible.
