Pros
The pay is good, the benefits are good, the production associates are friendly, light duty no heavy lifting.
Cons
Low moral, no room to work your way up, last min mandatory OT, moving you to different shifts, very hot working around two industrial furnace, and favoritism is huge here. It's not what you know, but who you know. Rules only apply to the ones that are not Favorited and there's nobody you can go to. Management sticks together.
