Discrimination - Retail Assistant Ninso Global Employee Review

-can leave on time as long as u finish the work -AL easily approved by higher-ups -nobody questions if u want to take AL and everyday can go for afternoon prayer at ease -friendly colleagues -good if u are fresh grads and aiming for first job

-basic pay according to market rate but for me not worth it due to high volume daily work -no pro rate bonus or increment for staff under one year (kinda demotivates staff who almost reach one year of employment by the time of company yearly increment) -no job rotational and almost no chance for promotion & career growth -same boring daily task

Good staff overall nice environment.

Did not encounter any for the duration of employment.
