Pros

Good financial incentives to exceed quota. Great upper management They leadership actively tries to listen to concerns and resolve them Company culture is incredibly chill, very friendly employees. The product actually useful and easy to sell. Free Lunch.

Cons

Monthly quotas can be hard to maintain Simple fixes can take a week or more to fix due to corporate bloat Not all managers are created equally Internal promotions are highly competitive leading to a feeling of being stuck in the role if you aren't a top performer.

Pros

Strong culture with talented people who genuinely care about customers and product quality. Remote-first environment provides flexibility, leadership is generally approachable, and employees have opportunities to influence products that directly impact customers. The company continues to grow and invest in engineering, creating opportunities for career development.

Cons

Rapid growth and frequent changes in business priorities can create challenges with planning and execution. Customer escalations and urgent initiatives sometimes disrupt roadmap commitments, leading to context switching and shifting expectations. As the organization scales, communication and alignment between teams can occasionally become difficult.

Pros

Great company culture, strong leadership, and incredible teammates. NinjaOne offers plenty of opportunities for professional growth while maintaining a collaborative and supportive work environment. I'm proud to be part of a company that values its employees and is committed to delivering exceptional results for customers.

Cons

The rapid growth and fast-paced environment can sometimes lead to shifting priorities and evolving processes. Employees need to be comfortable with change and ambiguity. That said, these challenges are typical of a high-growth company and also create opportunities for learning and career.
