Pros

I'll be honest, joining a fast growing US company from the UK was a bit scary at first, we all heard some stories. But I had nothing to worry about, this is one of the best places I've worked at. The culture is amazing, leadership is transparent and honest, and people genuinely trust you to do your job. Zero micromanagement. It's privately owned and you can feel it, people here really just care about what they're building, not politics or optics. Don't be surprised if you end up meeting the CEO and having a casual, informal chat, that's just how it is here. Almost no meetings either, which is kind of crazy for a product this big, but it works because they're really good at splitting up work so nobody steps on each other's toes, and we all push together when it counts. On top of that it's fully remote, super flexible, the tech stack is solid and the pay is very good. Hard combo to beat.

Cons

Pros

The work culture here is fantastic, and you get to work alongside truly great people every single day. As a tech recruiter, the fast-growing environment is incredibly exciting and dynamic. One of the best parts of the job is the massive exposure you get to the overall business and long-term strategy, which really helps you grow your professional acumen

Cons

None that I can think of.
