Great brand concept with lots of upside potential. Celebrity sitings and parties galore. Travel to exotic locations and experience the jet set lifestyle first hand. Hands on learning in decision making make positions.
Cons
Corporate support for employee ambitions is non existent. This is a family focused enterprise where only those gentically linked to the founder are rewarded and looked after. All others are cannon fodder to be used, abused, and left out in the cold. No clear job descriptions or chain of command. Pay is 20-35% below industry standards and over time is rarely if ever paid. Zero professional training or career advancement education available.
