      People here are so freindly and they will help you in mostly everything and try to solve your problem. Higher authorities are also very friendly. This place is best for those who want to work with pure comfort and less workload. You will also learn many skills and master trainers will be very happy to train you. They are very interactive and very friendly and the best part is, it is already ISO certified and gotta say, the work is done with proper standards

      NIIT Foundation offered a meaningful beginning. The mentorship initially felt aligned with my values of compassion and clarity. I appreciated the emphasis on skill-building and social impact.

      Cons

      Lack of transparent communication around role expectations and decision-making processes. Limited scope for creative autonomy, especially in areas where one could have contributed more deeply
