      The hours are great! 7-3:30

      Cons

      The pay is horrible, the benefits worse! The entire employee base is related . If you're family, you don't matter. Poor management! Make promises they don't keep to both employees and customers! Quality of products is poor! Training is inconsistent , which describes most of this company!
