Pros
Job description is typically an exact description of what you actually do. The employees that are left are truly amazing people for the most part.
Cons
You know it’s bad when your CFO & best friend leaves the company for something else. The owner says he wants everyone’s opinion, but unless it aligns with his own, you’re wrong. Or he’ll tell you no, then later on take the idea as his own. 3 years ago there were maybe 5 employees. I’m just a year and a half it grew to 25+ employees and one of the 25 fastest growing companies in Indy…. Yet the owner has let go of almost every single person that actually helped grow the implant to that level. For a company of 25-30, there have been at least 7-10 people that have been fired because really they were willing to voice a different opinion from the owner, or just left because it became such a toxic environment. I left because I saw it coming. They are declining, and fast. Save yourself and just don’t apply. And don’t let the owner make you believe otherwise, because he treats every new employee like they are the greatest thing for about 2-3 months - really just until he knows you’ll actually stick around and he has you believing in their “family atmosphere” and “family-like culture.” Don’t fall for it. When I started, it was all true. But things have changed and it is not like that anymore. It’s sad, truly, because there was so much potential, and in the beginning, I felt blessed to be apart of the team and the company….
