I have been with Niche Website Builders for almost the entire time the company has been in operation, and it has been a positive experience. The team and management have been supportive, and they have helped me to rebuild my confidence after a difficult experience at my last job. I am grateful for the opportunities and support that I have received, and I feel like I am truly part of the team. One of the highlights is the company's commitment to supporting their employees. The benefits package goes above and beyond, with generous maternity pay and other perks that make a big difference to my life personally. The team is also very collaborative and there is a strong sense of community, which makes coming to work enjoyable.

I've not really had a salary review (I've been promoted, but the increase wasn't massive). This is one area the company could do better.
