Pros
The work environment is wonderful, the people are friendly, one can learn so much about email marketing here, good and friendly management and the company has a huge potential to be one of the best.
Cons
Pay is low and increment is really bad and that disheartens the employee so his/her interest to give a 100% obviously reduces. Employee satisfaction is low.
