      Continuuos silent layoff in the name of bell curve policy. No job security. Less salary as compared to work they expect from employee. Expect each employee to file patent every year as part of their KPI if you fail to do so your appraisal will be less in name of innovation not done. Product based company but still has major dependency on US teams and they treat like typical service industry.

While innovation is a key part of our culture at NiCE, with multiple opportunities to learn new skills and suggest new ideas and approaches, this is not linked to KPIs. Rather, we have a comprehensive rewards policy built around our patent program, which many NiCErs join voluntarily (cool prizes and rewards!) We suggest you reach out to your direct manager or HRBP to gain clarity about your concerns above.

      Pros

      NiCE is not only in great financial shape, but also its culture of innovation and inclusion is fantastic. NiCE keeps growing and investing in their employees. There are plenty of opportunities for growth. It is refreshing to see a company that is able to recognize their employees, not only financially with a good salary and benefits, but also in training and recognition. It is also very exciting to see that NiCE is at the core of all the AI innovations, so if you like cutting edge technologies, this is the right place to be! There is always something to learn!
