      Pros

      Scott Russell as our new CEO is a breath of fresh air. I have never felt so listened to and heard at such a large, global company. Since Scott joined in January - he has listened to the employees, traveled to every location, and the changes keep coming every week based on our feedback. Are all the changes perfect? No. But I would say that all the changes are positive changes. The people here are amazing. The leaders are experienced, wise and genuinely likeable people. The local office is inclusive and has fantastic events.

      Cons

      NiCE has complex processes as it aligned the systems for a global workforce, it creates challenges that a smaller, more localized company doesn't experience. Onboarding takes longer than it should.
