      Pros

      Work life balance is OK. Your direct manager is probably the best resource for any company information. Your coworkers, whats left of them are great.

      Cons

      Just acquires companies. No innovation other then bundling all products into one. Company focus is all about minimizing costs ,and transferring roles to cheaper offices in Pune and Bogota.

      Pros

      NiCE is not only in great financial shape, but also its culture of innovation and inclusion is fantastic. NiCE keeps growing and investing in their employees. There are plenty of opportunities for growth. It is refreshing to see a company that is able to recognize their employees, not only financially with a good salary and benefits, but also in training and recognition. It is also very exciting to see that NiCE is at the core of all the AI innovations, so if you like cutting edge technologies, this is the right place to be! There is always something to learn!

      As the company grows organically and through acquisitions, there are potential challenges of miscommunication or unnecessary processes that are expected for any company at this stage

      The product itself is strong, and the market position of the company opens doors

      High demand on sales performance with low company/management support from engineering, overlays, implementation and customer support
