Under the leadership of Barak Eilam, the company's business is growing by focusing and extending it core offerings. NICE is developing cutting edge analytics technologies and Cloud offerings, reinventing the Call Center market and the Financial Fraud Prevention market.

      Cons

      NICE is in transition from its root as a "hardware" base company (call recording) to enterprise software company offering sophisticated solutions. The transition come with growing pains.
