Truly toxic culture, leadership have no idea how to or ability to fix the issue - think a free bar solves everything.... Massive finger pointing and blame culture, with zero delivery or accountability. Management are incredibly indecisive, decisions and actions take 3-6 months longer than they should missing market opportunity. There is no autonomy or trust, everything runs through the founders which adds to the delays and issues. Huge exodus of leavers, turnover of staff is huge. Huge amount of promises on pay, shares, bonuses all of which are lies. No career path stuck in the same dead end job as the business is not growing. Hired too top heavy with masses of middle management and no do-ers.
