Pros
Positives include the culture, the people, the transparency by the leadership team and benefits. The benefits package is very good. While we are experiencing quite a bit of change, my manager keeps me informed and I can ask questions. I understand the "why."
Cons
If I have to state a con, I would say the number of meetings, but to be fair they are productive and support collaborating with others.
