Good team but no direction as a company - Supervisor Nexus Shooting Employee Review

At Nexus, I felt fairly welcomed and well trained. The atmosphere was professional but not stuck up. A lot of training was needed for me to get to where I was comfortable with all the systems though, so expect to put in the work.

Slightly unorganized management. While most managers were great, some were lazy or flat out rude.

Cool other employees, get to learn a lot about guns. Flexible-ish scheduling. Access to a lot of information from great instructors.

Very underpaid, very undermined. Top managers tend to under appreciate employees as well. You’ll wear multiple hats and your shift for the week is usually given on Sunday, and days off must be requested 3 weeks in advance. So be prepared to make many last minute adjustments
