- The office itself was genuinely gross. It’s dark, outdated, and poorly maintained. At one point I saw a fingernail sitting on a table in a common area, that pretty much sums up the level of cleanliness and care.
- The company feels like a sinking ship. They’ve been missing revenue targets year after year, and it’s hard to see how they’re still around in 3 years without major changes.
- The product is archaic. There’s very little that differentiates it besides being one of the cheapest eDiscovery tools on the market. It doesn’t feel innovative or competitive.
- Favoritism runs rampant. Because it’s a small company without strong brand recognition, they sell you hard on “culture,” but in reality opportunities seem reserved for a small inner circle. If you’re not a favorite, it’s tough to break in.
- Some leadership behavior has crossed lines and left employees feeling uncomfortable, which creates an unsafe, low-trust environment.
