      Pros

      There are good coworkers and relationships/friendships are easy to form.

      Cons

      Management is into micro managing way too much. The better you do the greater the microscope they put you under. Lots of favoritism if you are close to management. Lots of negativity in management always talking down to sales reps.

      -Relaxed atmosphere -Felt backed by management -Training was engaging and thorough -Great at developing talent -Hour lunches

      Cons

      -The pay is a bit low compared to competitors -lack of communication between field teams and support, mainly when there are tower outages, we had no timeline to provide customers -have to jump trough hoops to set up a service call since there so few technicians to spare
