Pros
Young, fun, dynamic, and growing at a rapid pace, Skyline is a startup and at the same time a dominant force in its specific industry. It doesn't get much better than this, folks.
Cons
Compensation might not be what it is at some stuffy corporation, but the perks more than make up for it and the people you work with are top-notch. There are almost no downsides to working here.
