      Good vision and product. Many nice coworkers.

      Cons

      Highly workaholic culture, lots of pressure. The most restrictive work environment I've experienced in 25+ years of programming. No choice of tools or systems, highly bureaucratic. If you don't 100% love Apple products, you shouldn't bother applying.
