Pros
The employees are highly engaged, smart, and incredibly motivated. There is a huge emphasis on learning. Everyone is friendly and willing to go above and beyond to help each other. The office is very social, with activities on each week. There is also lots of free food.
Cons
Everything is always changing, so this would not be a good job for someone who enjoys the status quo.
