Pros
Pay is good only because once they lock you in its hard to find a job that will pay in the same range.
Cons
Hostel environment, bully mentality, no support. The management is terrible they only tear you down and point out all the wrongs. Nothing is ever good enough and they will make promises to you to keep that carrot dangling but they have no intention of fulfilling their promise.
