Benefits and vacation time were great.
Cons
Once the old CEO left the company went to crap, they do not care about their employees only the surveys, no room for growth. I was laid off after the company was sold along with about 700 other people after 16 years, they do not care about employees only Senior management, HR is disgustingly rude and is worse.
