The company has a 4 day work from office policy and a strict nine hour in office policy (you are monitored whether you are at your desk) which I find nonsensical to measure productivity of engineers 2. The company has no trust on its employees in fact post exit of the other founder it's pretty much dictatorial especially with regards to tech the management never consults senior engineers on how systems should be designed. 3. I would suggest if you are a junior to avoid this organization as it will not promote your growth blindly letting coding agents generate code without an afterthought or having a clear cut thought process won't make you a better engineer. 4. If you are someone who wants to build a system while considering all corner cases as well as provisioning for future use cases and scale this is not the place.
