Pros
- Weekly pay - They negotiate a reasonable caseload count with your district - Receptive to feedback - Pay is reasonable, depending on your state and COL - Company does not micromanage therapists - Very quick to send out assessment protocols and other necessary items for the role
Cons
- Made too many changes during 24/25 year, which made it hard for therapists to adapt and implement during the year. - Contract renewal is presented after the school year, which might make you want to consider other opportunities before the school year ends as a back up - Management seems to be changing frequently. It is hard to keep up with who to be in contact with for support
