Pros

Good pay and good benefits

Cons

Extremely hostile work environment where bullying is not addressed. Management is extremely sad in how they handle situations and good employees are punished for poor management. Before the acquisition, AP Intego was a wonderful employee who cared for their employees. Next Agency is the worst employer that I have ever had. On top of that, they perform unethically and illegally. It is illegal to have customer service representatives discussing coverages with a business when that CSR is not licensed. I hope Guy actually sees this. Your company is going into the toilet and you really need to do an internal audit. If it is your policy to allow hostility and bullying in your work places, then that shows how much you do not care about your employees. I know several employees who wanted to retire from this company. However, the bullying and harassment becomes unbearable and it is the team leads that are the biggest contributors to the toxic work environment. The entire management team needs to be rebuilt and those who are toxic need to be let go immediately. I know there are several pending lawsuits for this company as well.

Pros

Best Culture and best people - Super collaborative culture. The people are nice, greta team players and extremely talented. Great place to learn from seasoned professionals. You will grow and get better as a professional. Constantly being challenged

Cons

No real cons but the company sets aggressive goals and has high expectations for performance. I do not see this as a negative, but some people are unable to keep up with the pace

Pros

People here have good hearts and reasonable( non leaders)

Cons

This has become a deeply toxic employer. Despite repeatedly claiming to value employees and aspiring to be “the best employer,” the reality is the exact opposite. Employee well-being is not respected here. It is routinely disregarded. The recent enforcement of an 8-hour clock-in requirement, along with detailed time logging, makes the company’s lack of trust in its employees impossible to ignore. Policies like this send a very clear message: leadership does not trust employees to act like professionals, and instead relies on surveillance and control to compensate for its own weak management. What makes this worse is the complete lack of empathy behind these decisions. The company shows little understanding of the realities faced by employees with families and responsibilities outside of work. A company that truly values its people does not treat them with rigidity, suspicion, and indifference. What is equally concerning is that employee complaints and concerns about these policies seem to be completely ignored. Leadership’s failure should not be blamed on employees not working hard enough. The problem is not a lack of effort from employees. The problem is poor leadership, lack of trust, and an inability to live up to the values the company claims to stand for. At this point, “be the best employer” feels completely hollow.
