10yTo whomever wrote this, thank you for taking the time to do so. It certainly seems this person did not have a good experience while at Next Generation which is really disappointing. It is very disappointing for us as a company that that was your experience. We try and really focus on our culture and particularly important for the social needs we all have from work. WE try and build a collaborative culture where everybody can learn and grow in their roles. However, that does not seem to have been the case here and we need to look at that. Hours can be long and customers have high expectations of Next Generation employees. Our customers needs are very important to us and that does have an impact on our staff's working hours, but even for those for whom it does not work out, the experience should have been more positive.
