- Some really passionate specialists albeit not always recognised by management
- Good energy, friendly people
- Multicultural with diverse experience and backgrounds
- It was good years ago before the pressure to earn and clock in more hours and dollars kicked in a bit too much and they started amalgamating (again) which led to more cuts and $ pressure - and really talented people leaving.
Cons
- Too much focus on $ figures compromising output and staff morale
- Staff who delivered, worked hard and owned their work were not valued as much as those who managed up
- People who could "talk the talk" seemed to be more valued than the hardworking staff who actually knew what they were doing.
- Pay was really bad
