Good for short term manipulators with 'Yes Sir' values over a long term loyalty to the business.

There are 6 types of ugly things which can go wrong for any manufacturing company. 1. Ignoring high levels of debt. Show business, luxury office culture takes priority over quality and productivity. Too much reliance on anticipated/manipulated IPO instead of working on making a business case. 2. Failure to set clear goals, expectations and responsibilities. Scared to share org chart if any. 3. Ignoring inadequate supply chain and sales (no sales). Failure to manufacture any volume as advertised or to support the business case 4. Lack of interest in development/investment in manufacturing technology (efficient systems, tools, processes know how), safety and workforce trainings. 5. Micromanaging teams with inconsistenet goals, expectations and responsibilities with poor or nil visibility. 6. Relying on falsehood to make a Brand. Not sure of GoZero though Nexport is all of them for sure. IPO may attract some money which is bound to vanish in no time.
