Minor issues you run into with a smaller company, like scope creep or resource management. The company is making a concerted effort to address though which is positive to see.

None and you can completely ignore any review prior to 2025. The company used to be great, but leadership is running this company to the ground.

This used to be a great company. If you're reading this in 2025, just know they have had a lot of firings of staff with zero/no notice. If you want to risk suddenly being unemployed because they over-hired, then by all means, take that risk. When you interview, ask them what happened to HR, Finance, Sales, and IT staff. They have zero loyalty or respect for their own staff. Even leadership talks bad about each other. They just don't know it. Everyone talks behind each other's back and they don't get along.
