Cons
Dysfunctional management, zero training, dirty (shared) desks, workplace that looks like an abandoned warehouse, people smoking *inside* (there is no drug screening prior to employment..), always full parking lot, making fun/mocking people who are asking for help with technical issues, yelling/screaming is considered as an acceptable form of communication, and so on. There are a few nice people there as well, but with exactly one exception all of the people i spoke with did not enjoy working there. Unless you're really desperate or out of options, i would not recommend working there. On the plus side they do strive to provide excellent customer service, which is probably the only good thing about this company.
