We want to thank you for your review. Having a flexible schedule allows team members to take the time off needed to go to doctors appointments and other important appointments through their day. We take many safety precautions before working with potentially dangerous materials. We conduct safety reviews before we start processes to make sure all areas are covered. We also allow team members to stop a process if they feel unsafe at any time. We want team members to go home just as they came into the office.
