I’ve been with Nexa for over a year as an account manager in the digital marketing team. What stands out most is the supportive and collaborative culture, with a leadership team that’s approachable and always open to ideas. The agency also has strong systems and SOPs in place, which help keep workflows organised and efficient. There’s also a natural culture of continuous learning that comes through collaboration and hands-on experience. Another key strength is Nexa’s fully in-house service model, which allows teams to work closely together and maintain high standards across client projects.
