1. Micromanagement
2. CEO loves to scream and embarrass staff in front of the whole company for a small mistake made.
3. Does not accept mistakes but expect to perform the best even if it is a newly hired fresh intern or fresh grad.
4. Fires new staff after being done using them for a project.
5. CEO loves to brag and tells all staff of things he would do such as rewarding us but never do so after all staff has worked so hard.
6. Never provide training but expect to perform the best.
7. Pressure and scream at staff for unrelated work during weekdays and personal time.
8. All good reviews written here are forced by him.
9. Manipulate and treats staffs like dogs.
10. Never once respected his staffs.
11. Has been sued multiple times by ex-staff but still thinks he is a good boss and never bother to relook into his mistakes and change for the better.
12. Understaffed due to firing whoever he likes or dislikes and then blames on staffs when work does not get done on time.
