Pros

The company has a vision, a good product, and a new facility.

Cons

While making calls to generate leads, offices I would call kept complaining that there was so much background noise they couldn't hear a word I was saying. I would get hung up on at least a dozen times a day. I listened to recordings of some of my calls and there was a TON of background noise, simply because the LDRs work in such cramped quarters. It honestly sounded like I was calling from a high school lunch room. To deal with the problem I began working outside in the lobby one day, and that completely fixed the problem. I exceeded quota after only five hours of work. The following day I worked outside most of the day and again exceeded quota....and then got let go the same day! I had spoken with several LDRs and numerous SDRs and all agreed with me that there was way too much background noise, which is a dead giveaway for a call-center. So there you have it, I found a BETTER way to work and got let go for it.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback - it helps us improve. You’re absolutely right that space was cramped in our previous WeWork location in Lehi, UT. One of the biggest challenges we’ve faced as a result of our hypergrowth is outgrowing office space. We’re excited to share that we’ve recently moved into a 30k+ square foot office in Draper, UT which has room for over 200 Nexers. One of the big parts of our culture is learning through osmosis, collaborating and assimilating with the team. We believe that is best done when we’re side-by-side making calls together as a group - sharing learnings and best practices and celebrating wins in real time. This is partly why we implemented “power hour” - we try to generate a focused environment where everyone is “in the trenches” together, and then we carve some time to have fun together after those spurts of hard work. I’m sorry we weren’t able to part on better terms, and wish you all the best in your journey. Sincerely, Michael Zippiroli Head of Sales

Pros

Very supportive team and collaborative working environment. From the top down, the NexHealth team works together to retool and improve the platform. Product and engineering are always asking for more ways to make customers happy and they do so by working cross functionally. My time at NexHealth has only gotten better. Startups can be tough but the community, mission and impact have made any tough times well worth it.

Cons

There have been some big changes in leadership causing some disruptions. However the every transition was handled well and a plan was communicated to the team.

Pros

-Fast ramping period when onboarding -Everyone is willing to help as long as you are willing to be proactive and ask questions -High visibility to your work at a late stage startup which motivates me to work each day and put in effort to be a meaningful contributor -Inspiring mission centralized around accelerating innovation in healthcare while making a lasting impact on small dental and medical practices

Cons

-Onboarding process as a new hire needs to be more structured -You are expected to learn things on the fly and adapt efficiently and quickly -Being a fast learner is crucial in addition to being coachable and open to feedback from your peers -Improvement to be made on documentation as a whole and where to find information in the day-to-day
